Pisco ABA is a renowned Chilean Pisco produced by the Aguirre family in the Elqui Valley, a region celebrated for its exceptional Pisco production. Nestled within the Chilean Andes, this fertile valley boasts a unique microclimate ideal for cultivating aromatic grapes.

The Aguirre family has been crafting Pisco at their distillery, Fundo San Juan El Arenal ("like a place of sand" referring to the local soil), for generations, passing down their expertise through the family. This "terroir," with its abundant sunshine and cool Andean evenings, plays a crucial role in cultivating the exceptional quality grapes that are the foundation of ABA Pisco.
Crafted with meticulous care, ABA Pisco utilizes 100% Muscat of Alexandria grapes, renowned for their intense aroma and flavour. The distillation process involves a meticulous double distillation in small copper pot stills, capturing the delicate essence of the grapes.
unlike other Chilean Pisco brands, ABA is aged in wood for 3 months and then the spirit undergoes a unique post-distillation process: it is charcoal-filtered, resulting in a remarkably smooth and crystal-clear spirit. This method allows the vibrant fruit character of the Muscat grape to shine through, creating a truly distinctive flavour profile.
