Used as Pallete cleanser in Mexico alongside a shot of tequila .
Yields: 1 litre Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 900ml pineapple juice
- 100ml lime juice
- 100g coriander (cilantro)
- 100g mint
- 1-2 jalapenos to Taste
Equipment:
- Blender
- Fine-mesh strainer (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain through a fine-mesh strainer, if desired.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
