Heres the Recipe to make the Strawberry-Infused Mezcal

Strawberry-Infused Mezcal (700ml)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Infusion Vessel: Obtain a 1-liter jug and pour 700ml of Mezcal into it (retain the original Mezcal bottle for later use).
  2. Add Strawberries: Add 80g of dehydrated strawberry slices to the Mezcal in the jug. Stir well to ensure the strawberries are submerged.
  3. Infuse: Cover the jug and place it in the refrigerator or a cool, dark cupboard overnight (approximately 12-24 hours).
  4. Strain and Bottle: Remove the jug from the refrigerator. Strain the infused Mezcal through a fine-mesh strainer or filter (cheesecloth works well) back into the original Mezcal bottle.
  5. Label: Clearly label the bottle with the product name ("Strawberry-Infused Mezcal"), the date of infusion, and your signature or initials.

Shelf Life: The strawberry-infused Mezcal has a shelf life of up to 3 months when stored properly (cool, dark place).
